Founder & Principal
Kyle Collins is the Founder and Principal of Beechwood Holdings LLC located in Atlanta, Georgia. He oversees the investment decisions and all aspects of asset management including property management oversight, renovation and capital improvement projects, accounting and taxation, and investor relations.
Kyle has raised $100+ million in the acquisition and management of 19 real estate transactions in his career. Kyle received his M.B.A. from Emory University and played 4 years of college football at Georgia Southern University where he received his B.B.A. in Finance. Kyle is a lifelong resident of Atlanta where he lives with his wife and three young children.
Tammy Aqwa
Investor Relations & Asset Manager
Tammy Aqwa has been with the company for more than 6 years and has worked in property management for most of her career.
Tammy assists in asset management, back-office support, and investor relations. Tammy is originally from Canada and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
